The mountains

Das leise Knistern der Luft am Morgen, das warme Gefühl der Sonnenstrahlen auf der Haut, der kühle Wind, der durch die Kleidung zieht. Vögel zwitschern, Bäche rauschen, fernab von allen Lauten der Stadt. Einsamkeit, Ruhe und eine Quelle der Energie für Körper und Geist. Das sind die Berge. Ein Ort der Anstrengung und der Ruhe, beim Aufstieg und angekommen am Gipfel. Ein Tag in den Bergen schlägt eine Woche im Wellnesshotel. Die Berge symbolisieren die Herausforderung, das Streben der Menschen vieler Generationen. Der erste Mensch auf einem Gipfel zu sein, einen Ausblick zu haben, den niemand zuvor gehabt hat. Das ist es, was anspornt, die Strapazen beim Aufstieg auf sich zu nehmen und konzentriert zu bleiben, bis man wieder unten im Tal angekommen ist. Auch heute, wo kaum ein Berg noch nie bestiegen wurde, sind die Blicke von oben ins Tal, auf den zurückgelegten Weg, die Ruhe am höchsten Ort der Ansporn. Natur erleben und mit ihr alleine sein, das findet man in den Bergen. Und wenn man zurückkehrt, fühlt man sich fast wie ein neuer Mensch.

Quiet crackling of the air in the morning, the warm feeling of sunbeams on the skin, the cold wind drawing through the clothes. Birds are chirping, brooks are murmuring, far from the noises of a town. Loneliness, silence and a spring of energy for body and soul. That are the mountains. A place of effort and silence, on the ascent and on the mountain top. One day in the mountains beats one week in a wellness hotel. Mountains stand for the challenges, the striving of generations. To be the first person on a summit, to be the first person to ever see this view. This is what motivates to take the effort of the ascent and to stay concentrated until the valley is reached again. Even today, when almost every mountain top has been reached already, the view from the top is the motivation. Experiencing nature, being alone in it, this is what can be found in the mountains. And when you come back, you nearly feel like a new human.
